I have to admit I found the whole process of designing this very complicated. When I sent through my design I was told it was not correct and I had emailed to get advice on how to do this, I then decided to cancel my order but told there would be a charge which was very disheartening. In the end we got it resolved and when I rang to see when my product would be ready to collect the receptionist was very helpful and had it ready for me. On collection the product was packaged really well and the poster looked fantastic! I did recommend you's to a few people who asked. I know I lack knowledge on designing posters and changing them to a pdf file but I do think this may need to be clearly put on the website so that other people do not incur a charge for cancelling like I would have.
