The finished product was excellent. This was my first time using the service for double-perforated tickets, and I needed some help understanding the artwork rules (every company seems to have a different way of indicating perforations!). The communication with customer service was superb and made the process quick and easy. The delivery was also excellent; the parcel arrived on time and without any issues. This all contributed to a fantastic overall experience.
